When Will I Receive My Order?
We take 2 – 3 working days to deliver our Shipments to our clients in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, Telengana and 3 – 5 working days for other State customers. Generally, we do random quality checks of our items before delivery and that may lead to an additional 1 day delivery time. We put in our sincere efforts to do a same day dispatch and take every effort to inform our customers of our shipping timelines in advance.
Timelines for International customers will be longer depending on the destination.
Hygiene
Our Prime Priority is Hygiene & Health of our Clients. All the packing process is done under a clean and hygienic environment with utmost care taken. We have a specialized personnel to supervise during the packing process of our products and stored in a clean environment. Our timelines from the producer to the consumer are the least in the industry so that we ensure that our customer receives the product afresh.
Shipping Cost
Shipping Charge of Rs.50/- per Kilogram gm for order value below Rs.999/- and Free shipping for above Rs.1000/-
COD :
Cash on Delivery will attract an additional charge of Rs.100 towards Cash handling charges and we have a maximum cap value fixed at Rs.4999/-
Timeline :
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Packing
We take utmost care and attention to pack the goods well in Tamper Proof Packs. If you find them to be tampered with, kindly do not accept the package and return the same immediately.
We also suggest to take a small video while opening the parcel while opening the package to avoid disputes. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact without any damages when you send us the product back.
